The Account Manager at Pulp&Fiber will be responsible for formulating strategy and leading all aspects of account planning. As an expert in building relationships, the Account Manager is the internal liaison between the client and creative team. This position is responsible for ensuring that account expectations are always exceeded and for all strategic initiatives related to account work.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with assigned accounts daily to provide solutions, manage expectations, and ensure that these expectations are exceeded
- Responsible for the planning and execution of Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing activities for a portfolio of websites
- Lead brainstorming sessions that inspire focused creative thought
- Responsible for evaluating and optimizing campaigns in the marketplace
- Ensure that strategy and account direction are on target and meet client defined goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 4+ years experience as an account manager at a design agency or on a creative team
- Clear written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to present in a manner that influences and leads others around great ideas
- Ability to see, communicate and implement on the brand level
- Ability to manage people and projects
- Able to communicate in a clear, coherent and professional manner
- Creative and/or an appreciation for creativity
- Self-starter, goes above and beyond on tasks
